By signing up! With one click, you can create your Tribes.AI account using your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 work email. The next step will then be for the manager (or any other admin user) to do a one-for-all connection of the team's tools; meaning that the one-time connection works across all team accounts. How well Tribes.AI can track your team's entire work depends on how many of their tools are connected. The more you connect, the more digital signals Tribes.AI can process, and the more your timesheet data can capture your team's entire work.
Yes. Tribes.AI is free for the first 7 days and we'll remind you 2 days before your free trial ends. If you don't continue to a paid plan, we will wait another 7 days before permanently removing your data.
If you're a manager (or an admin user), connect your team's tools on the Data Sources page. If you're not, just get to doing what you love and let Tribes.AI do the tracking for you.
Automated Time Tracking
Yes, Tribes.AI currently integrates with Clockify and Toggle. And among other things, this integration allows Tribes.AI to import your existing tags and labels for tasks, projects, and clients. This keeps your data reports familiar and easy to understand and makes your transition to fully automated time tracking smoother.

Tribes.AI’s time estimates are entirely reliable and may not be modified. However, you may choose to first use them for auditing manual timesheet entries before finally making a complete switch.

Tribes.AI uses secure invoicing and accounting integration to collect data from client invoices, match them to relevant clients or projects and link them back to the relevant employee tasks and activities.

Taxonomy
Yes. When you integrate your apps with Tribes.AI, it automatically imports the existing tags and labels which your team is already familiar with, reducing the friction in their transition process.
Yes. Your team can always modify and update the taxonomy they imported from their work tools. They can also start new projects/clients on a clean slate by creating new labels and tags that are intuitive and relatable.

Tribes.AI offers custom integrations for less popular and specialized tools. You can request one via the Data Sources page under Settings on your dashboard's left-hand menu.
You can do so much more. In addition to relaying digital activity signals to auto-calculate time spent, certain app categories improve Tribes.AI's capabilities for your teams. These include importing existing taxonomy from project management and manual time tracking tools and collecting invoice data from invoicing and accounting tools.
No. Integration is free. You will not incur any extra charges for bringing the tools that help you get work done.
Reporting
Absolutely. You can generate reports that show time estimates for each employee, project, and client. This saves you the headache of manually sorting time estimate data.
Tribes.AI has data handling capabilities similar to Tableau's, letting you create and combine a ton of reports. Reports provide metrics covering hours worked, revenue, work logs, and response time across projects, clients, employees, employee groups, etc. However, you will decide which metrics are useful to your teams.
Pricing
Tribes.AI offers flexible fully automated time tracking plans and pricing for teams of different types and sizes, starting at $9.95 per user per month. Detailed pricing information is available on our pricing page.
We currently only accept credit card payments. We allow you to securely and conveniently pay for your plan with your credit cards.
No. Tribes.AI does not currently offer user credits.

Security and Privacy
Tribes.AI stores all company data on the Google Cloud, and each company data is securely encrypted and warehoused separately from another. Hence, the risk of a compromise/mix-up is reduced to its barest. Customers also have the option to choose a data hosting location across the EU, the US, and Australia to support any extra data protection regulations.
